Company dedicated to provide services in architecture and urbanism, established in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona, Spain), and founded in 2001 by Joan Casanovas, Ramon Graus and Ana Pérez. Nowadays Joan Casanovas and Ana Pérez Lázaro are partners, and Ramon Graus collaborates as an external consultant since 2008.
We are a team of architects complemented by a network of external collaborators, used to work the design, the execution, the management and the consulting. Our commissions come from a wide span of areas: education, health, cultural, sports, residential, both public and private. An important part of our work is related to restoration, which allowed us to extend our knowledge in this field and gain experience.
We work the projects starting from the different circumstances that surround them and turning them into opportunities to generate an appropriate solution that meets the user needs, according with sustainable and social values, and respecting the environment and trying to improve it. We work as a team, define the project rigorously and get involved at the different stages of the process to achieve an optimal result that meets the starting requirements. We work to find an appropriate scale of interventions, seeking a balance between the reality generated (what), the technology used to achieve it (how) and the cost to do it (how much). |
